It can additionally hold back 13,000 PSI in pressure, averting equipment damage and injuries. Yet it cuts cleanly with scissors, making it convenient to apply in field applications where a hot knife is impractical. Dura Flex® Burst Shield has also earned approval from the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) for its extraordinary abilities to withstand strenuous conditions.
